Community Day Festival: Voyages of Discovery. 2–4 p.m. Reynolda House is hosting a fall festival celebrating discoverers Frederic Church and Charles Darwin. Ardmore 5k Race and Fun Run. 8:30–11 a.m. Runners will compete for more than 70 prize categories. Cost for the 5k is $30; cost for the Fun Run is $10. Proceeds go to the Second Harvest Food Bank.
